• We begin with a visioning workshop meeting where you share what you like, dislike, and your goals for the renovations.
• Conduct a site review to investigate the existing condition of your building.
• Research into precedent examples for inspiration.
• Create a minimum of two draft architectural concept design options (hand sketch format) for the exterior of your building.
• Meeting to discuss the draft architectural concept design options.
• One round of design revisions are included if there are slight tweaks you’d like to make to one of the design concepts.
• We will create one final architectural design concept that you can use to move forward with your renovation, and can be used for obtaining investment in your project and for fundraising efforts.
